In accordance with current Moroccan legislation, unmarried Moroccan couples, as well as mixed-nationality couples where one partner is a Moroccan national, cannot stay together in the same accommodation. Proof of marriage may be requested upon arrival. ✍️ 📲 A standard rental agreement will be prepared, specifying the dates of your stay and the basic house rules to be respected, including consideration for neighbours and other essential rules. The agreement will be sent to you electronically for e-signature. To prepare it, we will need photos of the passports of all guests 🪪. You will then receive the agreement to sign electronically. The process only takes about a minute. Only guests declared at the time of booking are authorised to stay at the property. Any visitor or additional guest must be approved by the host in advance.
